Anatomy of a Dinner Party: a day in the life of a hospitalityaholic

An Easter Snapshot

Written by Patti on May 2nd, 2011

Good Morning Darlings!

I have been way behind on my correspondence with you. May I make it up to you by posting some lovely photos of our Easter soiree?

Lisa brought me an Easter bonnet!

Miss Patricia made a lovely carrot salad...

One of the three tables. This was my table in the kitchen.

Main table in the dining room, hosted by John.

Sweet Valerie.

Place settings were photos of our guests. This was for Andrew...

Jay enjoying some dinner.

Danny, photographing the third (or first) table, hosted by Eric.

Patrick and Andrew sample the cake.

Lisa catches up with Miles and Suchita.

Uncle Danny with dear Brandon from Bear Maker Bakery. He brought treats!

Patricia, Suchita, me, Brandon. With that spectacular basket of goodies.

It was a busy day. Two legs of lamb, one 8 lb ham, tons of sides and two lemon curd cakes were served with a copious amount of wine, beer and cocktails.

One of the best surprises was having Brandon from Bear Maker Bakery join us. Brandon is so lovely and the treats he brought were amazing. My personal favorite were the macaroons. OMG. They were delicious. But I did share.

How could I not when all our wonderful friends shared the day with us?

xoxo, Patti
