It has occurred to me that many people read the blog to learn the intricacies of a true dinner party.

    Snail tongs — Can’t remember who it was but someone last night said they were going to start raising snails!

    Best part, of course, the garlic parsley butter and crusty baguette.
    I can remember my first snails as though it was yesterday. I think I was 6.
