Does anyone remember Mulligan’s Bar and Grill? They used to feature “Luther Burgers,” a gut buster of a burger served on a Krispy Kreme donut. Dang, those things were tasty.

Mulligan’s is long gone, so where do we go for that one dish that will single-handedly wipe out a hangover?

Bad Dog Taqueria has just the thing for you! The new secret taco that is off the menu is called the Mac Daddy. Here’s the description straight from Chef Tracy:

Think of the Mac Daddy as an adult mac n cheese. Tortiglioni (a twisted pasta) with tilamook cheddar, Gruyere and Monterrey jack, with fresh chorizo, topped with Holeman + Finch breadcrumbs, caramelized shallots and fried sage crumbles. Served in a house made tomato corn tortilla $5.99 and we’ll only serve 75 a day (40 @ lunch and 35 at dinner). They’re bigger than our traditional tacos (approx 8 inches instead of 6, this taco is a meal fit for a king). It will not be on the menu so folks will have to ask for it.
