Lego Limo Party

Written by Patti on April 20th, 2012

Good Morning Darlings!

My sweet friends at Hennessy Transportation (you know, they are the official transportation of Atlanta Movie Tours – what? you haven’t been on our tour yet? What are you waiting for??), have come up with the coolest party idea ever. I cannot wait to grab a group and go.

The Concept

Hennessy Transportation, an Atlanta based limousine and luxury ground transportation provider, and LEGOLAND Discover Center (LDC), located in Phipps Plaza Mall (Buckhead), have combined both of their services to create a concept that brings a fun, interactive and memorable experience to kids and their parents! The idea is for kids to host their birthday party celebration at LDC which has an amazing area for kids to play, learn and have fun. But, wouldn’t it make for great photos, video and memories if the kids got picked up in a limousine full of LEGOS and taken to the party?

With the Lego Limo idea, you can have the kids and parents picked up at a designated location! The vehicle comes stocked with all of the luxurious ammenities, but just for kids and their LEGOS! So instead of glassware, we have LEGO cups! And instead of champagne buckets, we have LEGO toy boxes! And instead of the bar, we have a toy-zone. All of this on board the designated LEGO LIMO.

So, upon arrival of the Lego Limo, kids and parents climb aboard and immediately can play with LEGOS while enroute to the LDC. And it doesn’t stop there. After the party, the kids wash their icing-stained hands and have their way with more LEGOS while headed back to the drop off location. “This party concept is definitely new, unique and the buzz is going to be huge” says Hennessy’s Vice President, Thomas Thornton. Best of all, it’s an all-inclusive package offered by Hennessy Transportation.

If you really love your kids (or your kidlike spouse or parent or grandparent or bestie, or whoever), this is the best idea EVER! I am crazy for this! Prices start from $695 for 10 kids. And when you factor in not having 10 wild ones in your home, driven to Legoland and having a ball – that’s a bargain. You won’t spent the hours after the party scrubbing the walls of crayon marks.

It relaxes me just thinking about it. And I don’t even have kids!

xoxo, Patti
