If you have never had moonshine, let me assure you that each sip really lets your food digest. I discovered this in New Orleans after filling up on way too many delicious treats and was expected to eat more. The only way this can be accomplished is by sipping a bit of moonshine. Not sure what is in it that helps, but it truly does. And makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, as well.

D.B.A.’s moonshine is awesome! You feel the warmth from the moment it hits your lips until it finally settles somewhere between your liver and your stomach!! From what I remember (!) it is served in mason jars. I had several!! The moonshine is the perfect complement to their amazing BBQ. I love that place. Hey, weren’t we looking for a place to brunch tomorrow?? Just sayin’….YUM!! The spare ribs are out of this world!

Hummm…I had to go check out their website. The menu makes no mention of mason jars. Maybe that’s just what I saw after my second glass of Junior Johnson Lemonade Moonshine! Glass or jar, I’m ready for some more!!
