Cast Iron Care

Good Morning Darlings!

Here in Atlanta, it’s getting a bit cool. My thoughts turn to fried chicken and chili – college football and autumnal get togethers.

That also means my cast iron is fixin’ to get a work out. How do you keep your cast iron like new, only better? My good buddy, Chef Jeffrey tells you right here.

What are your fall favorites?

xoxo, Patti

Good Morning Darlings!

There are so many things to do in our fair city. Especially during the holidays. You might take in the decorated windows at 200 Peachtree or stop in at The Ritz-Carlton’s lobby bar, Lumen for a swanky cocktail.

I’ll let you in on a fab new spot downtown…

Good Morning Darlings!

Eric and I bought a Flip camera a few weeks ago with the hopes of making some fun videos.

Cooking videos, you naughty children!! lol

I would like to share our first offering. Chef Jeffrey Gardner of South City Kitchen and Food Network’s Chopped, came by to teach me how to cook in a tajine. The tajine was sent to me by our friends at Beka.

And now, without further adieu…
