RECOVER

Refresh & Rejuvenate at dTox
The most basic yoga principles emphasize healthy food habits, cleanliness and peace of mind. dTox founder and Ishta yoga instructor Shannon Sliger gets all of those vital traits from a combination of yoga and juicing. Beginning Saturday, January 7, clients can experience this for themselves with yoga classes at dTox. Shannon will teach two $10 classes per week in the serene, open space including an “Hour of Power” every Saturday from 9:30-10:30 a.m., and “Slow Flow” every Sunday from 5:15-6:15 p.m. Leave class with a fresh, organic red or green juice to feel refreshed and rejuvenated. BYO-Yoga Mat. For more information, please email shannon@dtoxjuice.com.

Tan & Tone at RAW Bronzing Studio
Don’t let the cold weather keep you from looking hot! RAW Bronzing Studio, Atlanta’s premier organic airbrush tan studio, now offers Tough Love Yoga classes. Tough Love, like RAW, offers an alternative to the stereotype. The signature Metal Yoga classes “melt your face off in a very relaxing, healing way,” with metal music instead of nature sounds. In addition to the regularly scheduled classes offered on Monday nights from 6 – 7:15 p.m. and on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from noon – 1 p.m. for just $10 each, clients can shed the dreaded holiday weight with a six-week Bikini Bootcamp in January. With classes every Monday and Wednesday at 6 p.m. beginning January 9, this bootcamp starts with the basics and builds on what you learn as a progressive series where each class has a different theme. Bikini Bootcamp is $120 for all twelve classes, or $12 per class for drop-ins. For more information or to register, email Neda@toughloveyoga.com.
