I hope Wendy’s correct (I’m pretty sure she is) because I’d love an escargot recipe!!
Snail tongs — Can’t remember who it was but someone last night said they were going to start raising snails!
Best part, of course, the garlic parsley butter and crusty baguette.
I can remember my first snails as though it was yesterday. I think I was 6.
